We have contractual agreements for service maintenance with more than 300 clients. Some of our corporate clients include Adelaide City Council, Playford Council, West Torrens Council, Spotless Services, Knight Frank, JLL and Savills.
Westside’s internal office and in-field service activities are managed through our software-based management system, simPRO. This programme controls our service department accounting, estimating, project management, coordination and programming functions.
simPRO has enabled Westside to be at the forefront of IT integration and communication alongside our staff and clients.
With the introduction of electronic tablets using integrated simPRO software, field workers can view, add and update their jobs in real time. We can view linked documents, and accept/reject, print or email jobs. Supervisors can see, add and update jobs for members of their team.
Our service personnel wear company uniforms and have photographic IDs. Their modern vehicles are well presented with our company logo and signage. Each vehicle is professionally equipped with the necessary tools of trade and is supported by our warehouse-based workshop.
In order to provide a complete service to our clients, we have a minor contracts division within Westside Services (SA) Pty Ltd to compliment the installation work generated by our service / maintenance client base. Our skilled estimating and project management team is backed by an in-house supervision and install team.
